ORDERING INFORMATION
If you want
information , or you want to order
something, you may email us with your
request. If you are ordering something
please have your Item Catalog Number (Cat#
) available, and the page name your item
is on. We will email back with the
shipping and the total. Condition of each
item is explained in the descriptions,you
must remember, that the clothing
especially the early items are about a 100
years old and will show some signs of age.

PAYMENT
You may use a
credit card or mail a check or money order
to Davenport and Co. 146 Bowdoin St.
Springfield MA. 01109. Pay to the order of
Davenport and Co. also include your
shipping address. Make sure you contact us
by email first to make sure the item is
still available and we can reserve it for
you. Each customer is notified when their
check has been received by us. Items will
be held on reserve for 10 days if the
payment hasn't been received the reserve
sign will be removed, unless we have been
contacted by you for whatever
reason.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION--We
are now accepting major credit cards,
"Visa, Master card and American Express.

AFTER
ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED
I will email
you with the status of the item ( all
items subject to prior sale) and the
amount of the item ( price does not
include shipping) I will reserve the item
at the time of order confirmation,and give
you the total. the item will be held for
10 days if payment has not been received
by then you will be emailed 2 times to
reconfirm the order if no response or good
reason for delay the reserve sign will be
removed. when payment has been received
the reserve sign will be changed to a sold
sign.
SHIPPING
The cost of
shipping will be given when you email us
with your item request. We ship US post
office on every Tuesday and Thursday
mornings. Each customer is notified after
their package has been shipped, so they
can watch for it.
RETURNS
When you receive your item
DO
NOT
remove the
orange stock tag on the item unless you
plan to keep it. If the tage has been
removed from the garment then there will
be
NO REFUND
.IF
you are returning an item
you
"MUST"
contact us
within "24 hours" of receiving the item,
telling us that you are returning it and
why. If we don't hear from you in 24
hours, that is 4 days after I have shipped
the item ( items are shipped by priority
mail US post office and they ship ALL
items to anywhere in the US in 3 days) The
item is considered sold and there will be
"NO refund". You are to ship it back to us
within three (3) days of notification of
return. You pay shipping and a 10%
restocking fee on all returns. We expect
the item returned in the same condition as
shipped out. You will be emailed when we
receive the item , your money will be
returned the next working day. . You will
then be notified that the check has been
mailed out or charge card has been
recredited. All items must be returned
within 3 days of notification of return.
Any items returned after 3 days there will
be "NO refund". You Will not receive a
refund if you send items back without
prior notice ( in other words, if the item
shows up on my doorstep with out word from
you) "NO refund". NO refunds on Express
mail / overnite items, we have had
problems with people getting the items and
wearing them, then sending them back.
Thank you for your

Order from
outside the US. Contact me within 3 days
of getting your order and give me the
reasons you are retuning the item or
items. Then please have them back here
with in 15 days or so. Thanks for your
cooperation.
Layaways
We offer a
layaway plan for items $75.00 or more. A
25% is required within 10 days of order
date. the remaining balance is due within
60 days of the order date. We would like
you to layaway only 3 items or less at a
time. If for some reason layaway
transaction is not completed, all your
money will be refunded except the 25%
deposit. Please feel free to contact me by
phone or email if you have any
questions.
